Your student will need to fill this out on their own so the pass is linked to the hometown app on their phones. 

Only one pass can be in a cart at a time! Each student will need to put their OWN information in! You will need to have your student ID number available and it will go in the "passcode" slot. If you student ID is not working, please email [email protected].
